pls help me to understand..whether Rent on Reverse charge is applicable if I am Manufacturer or Service Provider

UNDER GST IF SERVICE PROVIDER IS unregistered dealer than Service recipient has to Pay GST ON services received under RCM

However service recipient is entitle to get ITC OF AMOUNT PAID UNDER RCM

no rent is not covered under reverse charge but if provider is unregistered and receiver is registered then registered person has to pay under reverse charge
