Reverse charge on Transportation apply on the transportation bill issued by the transportation company

100% of service tax liability is of the service recipient. (where the service provider is non corporate entity and recipient is corporate entity)

there is 75% abatement avilable.

i went for audit ....there they were paying service tax on 40000......not 15000
