If the Director is providing Premises to the company & is in receipt of Rent from the company, whether the company is liable to discharge Service Tax on Reverse Charge Mechanism?

No Ashwin...RCM will not be applicable in this case, because RCM apply only if services are received by company from the person in capacity of director....but renting servs are not in capacity of director...therefore , director personally liable to pay ST subj to SSP exemp of Rs. 10 lacs
