our company has received manpower supply for conveyor belt joining charges. In the invoice, they have shown as joining charges Rs. 2450/- and labour charges Rs. 1015/- seperatly. In this case, on what amount should i calculate reverse charge and pay service tax? whether it would be only on labour charges or both?

Both, and take cenvat credit in next month
Reversecharge may not applicable in you transactiion it looks like work order
if you are clear that it is manpower supply reversecharge applicable on total amount paid to manpower contractor..
and if it is manpower supply it is mandatory to pay esi,pf either by you or by manpower contractor,,
if it is paid by manpower contractor you need to obtain pf challan,esi challans
