reverse charge mechanism
please explain reverse charge under gst on freight outward and inward ??

in freight inward ( from GTA) the recipient has to do RCM, actually gst applicable on forward charges but few services define in 9(3) the recipient liable to deposit gst , (RCM)
there is no RCM on freight outward.
