Refund not available for RCM related payments and it's Credits...

Only way to claim as ITC...

As per 26 GST council meeting it being decided that Assessees to file GSTR-3B and GSTR 1 up to the month of June 2018, till the new system of filing Returns is finalized. A Group of Ministers would discuss and finalize the new system.
