Reverse charge mechanism
Dear sir/madam,
Can anyone please confirm,if an advocate provides services under retainership contract to a company having Turnover more than one million

I mean for above service whether the company is required to Service tax as per RCM
Yeah I think RCM is applicable as any legal consultancy service provided by advocate is covered under this.

“legal service” means any service provided in relation to advice, consultancy or assistance in any branch of law, in any manner and includes representational services before any court, tribunal or authority; Refer Notification No. 25/2012-Service Tax
