Honerable High court had stayed the Implementation of liability for the payment of service tax in case of reverse charge, may i know should i pay or just wait for the final conclusion.

You can wait but if the stay is lifted govt may ask you to deposit the same. may be alongwith interest.
if i pay the same, then i can claim the refund na, and please tell me whats the actual position now, the stay was in sept, no final decision yet??
If u want to excape from interest liability than you should deposit.
