You can wait but if the stay is lifted govt may ask you to deposit the same. may be alongwith interest.
if i pay the same, then i can claim the refund na, and please tell me whats the actual position now, the stay was in sept, no final decision yet??
If u want to excape from interest liability than you should deposit.
