since reverse charge is waived in gst whether tax required 2 b paid by service recipients after such waiver?

for GTA it is required other than that not required till 30th June 2018

since this waiver was from October ,from july till oct whether gst to be paid by service receipient?

yes it should be paid, in my opinion if some one are still not paid can avoid that . no issue will arise.
