dear all,
on certain transaction before 13/10/2017 there were many transactions on which reverse charge is applicable( like daily limit of Rs. 5000)....
but many assessee not paid,
whether we should pay that reverse charge or not?

as per act you must pay , as there is no waiver of penlaty , fine , interest w.r.t RCM till date
