whether reverse shall be applicable on registered entity for works contract services irrespective of the fact whether it is for business purpose (other than constructopn services) or personal purpose

i want to say that i have premises which has been given on rent by me so whenever i take any repair/maintenance/rennovation servicrs with regards to that from an unregistered person whether i have to pay GST under reverse charge
No RCM it's being suspended sec 9(4) till 31/3/2018
Ok so now in present scenario if we take the services from unregistered dealer which are taxable whether we have to show this in GST return
