on interest GST will not be charge. only one service charge gst will be charged.

In general GTA service is liable for reverse charge. but if GTA pay gst @ 12% under normal charge then you are liable for payment of gst under RCM.
As per Entry No 21A if service receiver is Unregistered or casual taxable person,
GTA Service is exempted
