What are the expenses that are covered under reverse charge? and is there any limitation of rs. 5000 per day for reverse charge?

All Office /business related but taxable expenses

if i have purchased tea for office staff then i have to pay reverse charge for it? If yes, then can i claim it back as input because food and beverages input cannot be claimed unless we are dealing in same?
