if i am doing an export sale and on that export sale government of India is giving me some sort of incentive in order to encourage exports. thus what should be the correct time or point at which i should recognize the revenue from incentive?? i mean the time at which i recognize sales, time at which i receive the payment, or time at which it becomes certain that party will make payment??
