what is euitable mortgage charges in case of bank loan and when these are debited to the account and on which type of loan equitable mortgage charges debited? please explain with reference to revenue audit.

equitable mortgage is created by banks which giving cash credit loans or housing loans.
however, in case of housing loans some banks give waiver of equitable mortgage charges.
check as per bank's circulars.
