Revalidayion & Exam for IPCC

I was staying in mumbai and now i have shifted to ahmedabad. i had registered in PCC and cleared 1st group in Nov 2012 and now want to appear exams for 2nd group of IPCC, do i need to give aplication of address change and need to do revalidation my registration of IPCC? and for which subjects do i need to give exams?
