Revalidation of share transfer deed under ca 2013

The provision of Sec.108 of CA 1956 relating to presentation of transfer deed before prescribed authority (ROC) and its validity period has been  omitted in CA 2013.  Now stamping by ROC is not required.  Hence there is no question  of revalidation of transfer deed. 

As per Sec.56 of CA 2013 and Rule 11 of Companies (Share Capital & Debentures) Rules 2014 transer deed has to be delivered to the company within 60 days from the date of execution of the deed.

i have bought some company shares in 1996-97 ,the companies are delisted in stock markeet ,after 17 years company is listed ,but i am not trasfer my share certificates kindly suggest for trasfer the share certificates :- From Rajeev Malhotra Cell No.9914003377

I have some physical shares bought from market a few years ago. I want to get them transfered now. How can I use the old transfer deeds. It is not possible to get SH4 signed by the holders

Dear Sir, I have a physical share certificate of a comapany which I have not transferred since I Buy(1996-97).such share certificate is not in my name still such share certificate is in the name of seller.and seller is not traceable.So what is the process for transfer such shares?Plz reply
