Revalidation letter from institute still not received.. 15 days are over... What i can do

perhaps you will not receive the letter of it. all letter can be print online search reprint letter ICAI provide the information, all type of letter can be generated from that.
They will not send the letter as such.Just call your regional office, tell your Regn no. and ask the date of revalidation. They will check and immediately let you know the date.Only the date of revalidation is required for filling up exam form.
