hi pallav i have check on site but it is not able to open as well download.
You have to login/register on the website..
Then you have to fill the form online itself..
You will not be able to download it..

There is a section called "e-services" at the bottom left of icai.org home page. Click on it and you'll be directed to a wesite where you will find option to pay revalidation fee online.
