Revalidation for CA final course

Hello Everyone,

I had revalidated my CA final registration and it is valid till June 2020. I am currently situated outside India and am not sure how to go about the revalidation process. What will happen if I do not apply for the revalidation? My Group 2 of CA final is pending and I intend to appear for the same in the near future. Please advise on the revalidation process.

I will answer this to the best of my knowledge and my experience - point 1, reval as you know is when your regn exceeds 5 years. no 2 for reval you have an online form in icai website. no 3 mainly exam appl forms as you know do not insist to give the reval date as many do not know the date of reval. we don't receive a mail for that. we have to go and get the dates manually from icai branches. so if you are okay with it contact directly. else, write the exam and then contact icai. I dont think they would make an issuse since your regn is live till may 2020.

Register yourself in the SSP portal
if you are old course revalidation is not possible since the old course is scraped, you need to convert from old to new.
