Yes. You can submit your application on-line at https://icaiexam.icai.org and also pay the applicable fees online by debit/credit card, master/visa/maestro.
Also know that there is a difference between 'verification' and 'inspection'. Choose wisely.
Your talking of re-registration of your CA final course right, I.e, revalidation..!!! On expiry of 5 years of your final registration you need to submit the form and demand draft with appropriate amount to your decentralized office. The option to make online payment is not enabled.
