1) Date of enforcement of New Schedule VI is 01.04.2011 (i.e FY 2011-12 onwards)
2) Sch VI (R) is applicable to Sec. 25 company.
[Sch VI (R) applicable to all companies except Insurance / Banking / Electricity Companies.]
