return will be filed or not after making application for closure
I have made application of closure of migrated gst tax payer in Dec month .but status is showing pending. now return filing for following months is necessary or not...if application is pending for approval

after submitting application of cancellation of gst registration
no need to file any returns further
as i also applied in feb but still pending for approval is shown

GSTR10 which is final return needs to be filed

as I asked this query..I did not file the return now department send notice for filing if return
you can meet personally to your officer and bring in his notice that you have applied for cancellation w.e.f. date mentioned in the application. action is pending from officer. also submit a letter stating this facts in response to notice. thats all one can do as of now.
