In that case..if you know any A.O. he or she would be the best person to discuss this issue with...better if you discuss with "concerned" A.O.
..but before that without any delay, send that Ack copy to CPC...

1. If you have filed with Digital Certificate there is no requirement, else
2. Upload once again and send it by signing the ITR-V
