I have received a notice u/s 147 where officer told me to file return of income in the prescribed form for the AY 2018-19.
Please tell the procedure as to how to file a tax return under section 148 on new portal.

When you select ITR form , you will get options like Section 139(1) , Section 139(3), Section 139(5), 139(9), Section 148 etc ..Select the section from the list and file ITR in response to the notice
Not getting this option in new Portal
It's coming after selecting ITR form no and you can see it in basic details of ITR general info
Submit info in response to notice, by going through e-proceedings
Section has to be selected while Filing ITR only
