If an indian citizen having PAN but not aadhar and the return of the same is to be filed. How to file it without aadhar. Can return be filed without aadhar.?

can you plz explain how because the system asks to fill aadhar to file return. plz plz explain
Aadhar card number is not mandatory in case of residential status of the assessee is selected as non resident. Thus Indian citizenship does not affect residential status of the assessee.
