We exported the materials from our factory observing all statutory formalities , after going in indian port , for certain reason it required to get it back in our factory. What is the procedure ? to whom i will report? Thnx

dont worry, take back the truck/material, while transit if any body ask, show the reasons of customs appraiser written paper.
after take back in to factory, you prepare Annexure-A ( form Return goods of Export items), Customs reasons paper, along with covering letter on your letter head, submit it to Asst commr and Range Supdt.
the Excise officials come and very the same.
The Assistant Commissioner is the Competent authority to grant permission. refer Board circular No. Circular No. 388/21/98-CX dated 5/5/1998.
