I am having a following query regarding the return of deposit
How many members want to sign the return of deposit form (attachment to Form 62)
If managing director is signed is it enough or each and every director should sign the Form. Pls help me ..

Dear Ganesh,
After uploading the said eform 62 to RoC, the Return of Deposit should be forwared to RBI duly signed by 1 Director or he may be a Managing Director of the Company.
You need to attach CA certification also.
