return of allotement

in return of allotement form we have to write no. of allotements.  i want to know what is the means of no. of allotements.

if at the time of incorporation in 2009 we have issued share and filed return of allotement that is allotement no. 1. and then later on in  2010  we have further issued share and filed return of allotement then what to mentioned in this column as
