return of allotement

                                 I am agree with answer of gargee and you , thank u very much for prompt reply.

 now my proble that we have issued to share to promoter as

1) a -           5000 (promoter)

2)b-             5000(promoter)

3)x-            10000(share holder

4)y-               10000(share holder   

now we are submitting alloting list to roc along with form no.2.  query is that in allotement list of share whether we have to include name of a & b(promoter) or not.
