now my proble that we have issued to share to promoter as
1) a - 5000 (promoter)
2)b- 5000(promoter)
3)x- 10000(share holder
4)y- 10000(share holder
now we are submitting alloting list to roc along with form no.2. query is that in allotement list of share whether we have to include name of a & b(promoter) or not.

Since promoters are subscriber to the MOA so no need to file form 2 for that.
shares alloted to other two x and y are allottee. for that form 2 is required to be filed.
Resolution specify the name of the allottee.

File the return of allotment for all the allotees who have been issued shares after the incorporation of the company.
