Have you e-filed it? If yes dont worry CPC may even take around one year to process your return. You can check the status of processing of your return by calling on CPC help line no available on site. If you have manually filed it with the ward you can inquire there.
yes i have e-filed it.Many a times i have called CPC call centre but everytime they said that they have no idea of processing...
Please makke sure that you have sent signed copy of acknowledgement to cpc within time limit.
however recently it has been extended up to 31/3/2014.
And also make sure that there is no mismatch of credit with 26 AS.
In my case return for a.y 2012-13 is still not processed
After e filling acknowledgement should be sent to CPC.
Make sure that it has been sent or received by CPC center.
Agree with Mr. Rakes, you will have to send ITR V after sign to CPC Bangloru. Otherwise your return will not be processes.
First filing of ITR
Then Sending ITR V to CPC Bangaluru
Then receiving of Intimation u/s 143 (1)
Then refund will be processed
Provided you hav given correct bank details and selected option of refund by cheque or directly credited to bank..
I had selected option for direct credit in bank account but they sent chq. And it s not received by us what should we do.
Wait for some time, surely it will be processed with in 10 to 15 days.
Oh my god so much of the reply but no answer is satisfactory:-
1.ITR-V acknowledgement has been sent in time and it is duly received by the department as the status said ITR-V RECEIVED.
2.There are 3 entries in 26AS out of which total of two is Rs.1834 and the third entry is of Rs.5781.
3.A very strange fact they allowed the credit of Rs.1834 but not of Rs.5781 and tax credit mismatch report states the difference of Rs.5781.
4.Please note that this Rs.5781 also appears in 26AS and i have claimed the same.
Surely cheque will come via speed post with in sme days

yes i have mentioned all the details of income in ITR.Actualy my father retired from his govt.job in august 2012 and i mentioned all the details of income and tds
