hi everyone . i have purchased product through local store , but because of bad packaging i want to return product. but shopkeeper is not taking product return. its been just 12 hours i purchased this product . shopkeeper saying because of GST invoice it is not possible to return product. plz help .
should i complaint against shopkeeper in consumer forum .??

If the understanding is there that goods can be returned, then only.
Yes you can file a complain if goods can be returned.
Also, tell the shopkeeper that he can issue a credit note against the original invoice and file the same in GSTR1 and 3B accordingly. Issuance of GST invoice does not imply that goods cannot be returned.

if he has refused to Return the Goods by saying that "due to GST invoice"
Yes in GST you cannot ammend or cancel the the Invoice but as per Section 34 of CGST the credit Note can be issued for Return of Goods.
