Return monthly to quarterly
hi, by mistake we accept quarterly return into monthly in 2020-2021 so is this possible to convert monthly to quarterly again in gst portal.

But, At the time of filling GSTR returns tap we can see* a edit option.

The system will not allow to shift to monthly to quarterly if once opted for filing monthly returns for the FY. however in next financial year it can be shifted to quarterly filing again.

if not filed then what...?
As per me if not filed also, once accepted for monthly returns if cannot be shifted to quarterly returns until the end of FY, it will also provide a warning msg also before proceedings with a caution telling it cannot be changed.

once you selected it is applicable for full F.Y.
Once you have selected the option until the end of that FY.
