Kindly check whether itr has been verified or not.

Return uploaded means either itr has not been received or else not been verified

It's Means your return has been uploaded but not processed. Either you have not sent a signed copy of itr or department has not received yor signed copy of itr.

Once department will be received signed itr it will be turn as return received.

You will have to either e-verify the return or send the signed acknowledgment to CTC, Bangalore. The processing of the return will start after that. Once the processing is complete, you'll receive the refund, if any.

If the message is return uploaded, it means you have filled return but income tax department has not received the acknowledgement. You can either e verify or cam sent the hard copy to department. If they receive at their end they sent message that they received your it return copy I.. E., acknowledgement. The they process and then after refund will be directly credited to your client bank account

Send the sign copy of return to Bangalore office. Status of return can be checked in the site- incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. If refund is stuck the reason is confirmed there. 

you have send signed ITR V Acknowledge to cpc, if it is not sent yet please send it. you will get status after receiving the ITR V at the cpc.
