Dear Sir,

My name is Nishant bohra, I have changed my job on 20-December that is in middle of Financial year 2015-16. My salary was 26762 rupees there.  In new company it is 31000 rupees. After calculating all my bonus & income part I had got around 350000 rupees in 2015-16. So in new company I had given submitted my LIC documents that is of rupees 10000 & given house rent slip of 8000 per month that is total 96000. So my total income part is 350000 & tax save part is 106000 with my belief. So I am not a tax payer & as I switched my company no one has deducted TDS as well, BUT I WANT TO FILL A RETURN FROM so kindly help me that what should I do.

Though no tax has been deducted by the employers, you may still file your return and pay tax and interest thereon (if any). If you have only salary income, you may use ITR-1 to file the return.
