q-1) I am going to start a business of scrap. there it is mandatory to register with GST for registration. But if my tax liability not arise or it will arise 4-5 month after. So I want to know weather I have to file 37 returns????

q-2) No. of returns required to file for composite scheme.

q-3) In the registration form there is a field (name of business). But in case of proprietorship is the name of the owner will be name of the business or not??

1. if your tournover is less then Rs. 20 lakhs then not required register. in case of newely start business and your almost tournover is less then 20 lakh then no need for registration but otherwise you can get registration.
