Tally ERP is best as it allows you to export the return and upload the same in GSTN Portal. You can also use GST Offline Utility

Nowadays there are many GST software available in market but according to me Tally ERP is best. It is widely accepted and used by consultants, CA, MSMEs. It provides all functionalities for GST filing.
