A person is having a private limited company & registered office in delhi. He wants to file the ITR of the company from anywhere else (not from delhi). Is he allowed to do that? What are the provisions regarding it?

one more thing.....IF it's regd. office is in Delhi and not e-filing - file in delhi.........

One can e-file from anywhere in india...
But while fililng, the baundries restrict...
Hi Swati,
Private limited company is required to file its ITR electronically only. If the same is filed with digital signature than its over and if not than, the acknowledgment is to be sent to banglore only hence the return can be filed through internet from anywhere.
