Return filing forgot password

Pls advice on following :

1 ) forgot my password for filling e return and also do not have mobile no earlier no.tried for forgot password option but two OTP R generated one sent to mail I'd which I have or other on mobile no which I don't have .other option of written to validate @ incometaxindia.gov but no response either

For login to income tax

If you donot have registerd mobile number or registered email id then you use below option
If you wish to receive OTPs on a different email ID and mobile, you will be asked to enter the new email id and mobile number in the required fields. For security purposes, you will be required to select one of the options:
a) TDS/TCS deduction details
b) Bank Account Number

If you have selected option (a) - TDS/TCS deduction details, then you will be required to mention TAN of the deductor, assessment year and total tax deducted by the deductor. You can get this information either from your Form 26AS or Form 16 (given by your employer).

If you have selected option (b) - Bank Account, enter the bank account as mentioned by you in your previous year ITR.

Once any of the above details is validated, two different OTPs will be sent on your new mobile number and email ID. Enter those OTPs in the required fields and click on validate. You will be asked to enter the new password and confirm it. Click on submit and successful message will be displayed for change of password. You can login with new password after the specified time which is usually 12 hours.

For security purposes, an email will be sent on your registered and new email id with the subject 'Cancellation for the password reset request'. In case the password reset was not authorised by you, then click on the link mentioned in the email to cancel the request. The link is valid for 12 hours. You will be required to validate your PAN and date of birth while cancelling the password reset request.

None option was there for alternative no or email can u pls elaborate stepwise

Yes, options of change of password through new Mobile No. and E mail ID, which is previously available at income tax site is not available now
You can use other options to change your password like
1. Answer secret questions,
2. Upload DSC,
3. Using e-filing OTP,
4. Using aadhar OTP

Using aadhar OTP is easiest way to change password, if you have registered mobile number with aadhar
if Your aadhar and PAN is not linked than you can link then at incometaxefiling website
