Good afternoon to all... I had one doubt related to return filing. My neighbour was working as private school teacher from june 2013 on wards and getting 13000 salary/per month. my query is that even he getting below the slab rate of income he can file for AY 2014-15 or he can file only from succeeding year ??
He should file ITR for the FY 2013-14 also even if his income is below tax slab.
