Whats the Problem it is E Filing .... you can file file from anywhere ...

I think the company cannot, if it is not e-filing, as the registered office is in delhi.

Therefor the same is to be filled in delhi, itself.

SHE IS NOT CLEAR WEATHER IT IS E FILING OR NOT, IF IT IS E-FILING THE SAME CAN BE DONE FROM ANYWERE...

E-Filing of Return for a Pvt.Ltd. Co. is mandatory, it cannot be filed mannully, so no problem, it can be filed from anywhere.

you can file a return from everywhere using e-filing.......... as it is mandatory for companies to file the return electronically......... using ITR-6............

E-FILING FOR CO. CAN BE DONE FROM ANYWHERE....
