Return filing
if Employee go to Singapore on behalf of company of India for 330 days in PY and pay taxes for that income . Then he receive salary for 30 days in India .Then is he liable for file the income tax return for AY 19-20 now

Status is NRI. Thus if aggregate income accrued and received in India, is below basic exemption limit; then no need to file ITR.
Better to file return so that continuity remains.
