how to revise or rectify GSt annual return for year ,2017-18?

Revision is not available...
In case You want rectify the error in annual return then You will be file GSTR-9C return and rectify through it.

But sir after filing return 9 , how can refile 9c to make changes ?or is there need of any order from GSt officer ?

You know GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C are different returns...?

if you want order...?! then why You raise query dear...

If mistake make in GSTR 9 then it will be rectify through GSTR-9C. it's basic knowledge of practice...

It's not required order from GST officer and refer annual return process in GST portal...
