Return After death By legal representative

My uncle was expired last year.He was govt employee.
TDS deducted is refundable as per I Tax act. plz tell me process regarding return filling by legal heir. what docs is required to add as representative.

File returns.
you will get refund .
after getting refund transfer if there is a will.

you have to appoint a legal heirs of the deceased person.

 

docs required is as under

1. PAN of legal heir

2. PAN of deceased

3. indemnity bond from legal heir

4. affidavit from all surviving members for appointment of one person as legal heir

5. death certificate.

6. Certificate of pension department to appointment a person as legal heir.
