A person is having business income as well as agriculture is income more than 5000.

which ITR should be filed..???

if ITR 3... ,in that case whether full balance sheet is filled or 4 figures like cash debtors stock is required to be given....

Yes ITR 3 to be filled

And 4 figures are enough to be filled in the balance sheet

Yes ITR 3 should file for your case and no need to fill Full balance sheet.. cash column is enough to fill with certain amount..
