Only writing will help u... And when u study the concept makes ur own notes in ur own language that will help u a lot... U can't forget that... Agar chaho to v.... So make ur own handwritten notes and revise it daily... See everything has a solution.... Don't give up... And don't think like that i can't retain.... In exam paper u able to write easily if u studied well... Now u r thinking like that i forget everything.... But that problem not came in paper.... So do that make ur own notes rather than just reading and ticking the concept
