hello frnds
icai has declind my articlshp reregistration for balance period of 86 days because the principle under which i had registered has showng status inactive on institutes website.however at the time of registering articleshp he was active but now its inactive .
icai is saying the will withheld my ca final result and my principle is not taking any action to active his status saying that he paid his annual fees its a technical issue nd all
what to do??

You should go to ICAI with proof of the above including your registration letter. These official make mistakes like that.
It happened with me too when I was doing my articleship, the records of institution showed my partner's limit was full, but in actual he had only 6 articles under his name.
You should write a letter on behalf of principal & make principal sign the same.

take letter from your principal on his letterhead. send it via post and also send a scanned copy via email to new delhi students help desk. also call them, your result will not be withheld.
