Hey there is no information of 9 P.m, so why you create rumours as per institute notification result is declare on 1st feb at around 6.P.M

As you know the result was declared on 29th
but that was not done
as this is mind game of institute,
if they are not sure when they can prepare results of all then ..
why they confuses all...!
this is not sure that result will be declared on 6.00 pm
so..
it may happen to 9.00 pm also
