Hello friends,

I want to apply for certified copy of answer book of CA Final November 2019 exam. For that I logged into "icaiexam.icai.org" website but it shows at the place of applying for certified copy as "Result not available". Does anyone know why I am not able to apply for certified copies. If anyone knows please help me at this crucial situation. I have attached the screenshot.
