Arun dont get frustated try to get articleship registration, as the more delay there is in starting articleship your final attempt gets delay too. I had cleared my PCC/IPCC in 11th attempt my first attempt was in Nov-08 cleared 1st grp in May-13 & 2nd grp in Nov-13, just have patience & have belief in yourself. For second attempt your marks are good try to get exemption in either A/c or Audit and try little hard for itsm, i had cleared using this strategy i was good in a/cs got 67 in account 45 in audit & 42 in itsm. Spend some quality time with friends & family they care for you, over come the depression, the exam result cant decide what you have to do in life its you who have to decide.
